Top Virtual Pet Apps Performance in Italy Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the virtual pet app market in Italy showed interesting trends across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower's unified platform.

Friends – Pengu, Bao & Mellow from SLAY GmbH saw a significant rise in weekly revenue, starting at around $148 and peaking at approximately $716 by mid-December. Downloads mirrored this upward trajectory, especially noticeable in late November with a peak of 14.9K. Active users also increased steadily, reaching over 38.5K by the end of December.

Pokémon Sleep from The Pokemon Company experienced fluctuating revenue, with a notable rise to $2K in late December. Downloads decreased significantly over the quarter, dropping to about 2.7K by the end of December. However, active users remained fairly stable, hovering around 18K to 20K.

My Talking Tom 2 by Outfit7 Limited maintained a steady performance with weekly revenue ranging from $200 to $600. Downloads showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 8K. Active users peaked at 114.5K in early November but saw a decline to around 87K by the end of December.

Applaydu Play & Discover from FERRERO TRADING LUX S.A. did not generate revenue but maintained consistent download numbers, with a peak of 7.3K in the last week of December. Active users saw a continuous rise, reaching over 60.5K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, My Talking Angela 2 also by Outfit7 Limited, had a steady revenue trend, reaching up to $605 in the final week. Downloads showed an increase towards the quarter's end, peaking at 6.1K. However, active users decreased from 91.3K in October to about 32.1K by the end of December.
