In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top tycoon games in Ghana showed varied trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Township from Playrix experienced fluctuations in both weekly revenue and downloads. Revenue peaked at about $1.7K in late October, while downloads showed a declining trend, starting from 13.7K in early October and decreasing to approximately 4.7K by early December. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 74K to 75K throughout the quarter.

Family Island — Farming game by Melsoft showed a modest revenue increase, reaching $303 in the last week of December. Downloads remained low but consistent, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Active users saw a small decline, ending at 194 by the end of December.

Klondike Adventures: Farm Game from VIZOR APPS LTD enjoyed a strong performance in weekly revenue, peaking at $285 in late November. Downloads showed a significant rise mid-quarter, reaching 1.6K in early November, while active users increased to 2.5K by the end of December.

My Cafe — Restaurant Game also by Melsoft, saw a consistent increase in revenue, ending at $163 in the final week of December. Download numbers remained low throughout the quarter, peaking at 182 in early October. Active users decreased gradually, ending the year at 284.

Finally, SimCity BuildIt by Electronic Arts had a steady revenue performance, with a peak of $155 in mid-October. Downloads were relatively stable, with a slight peak at 253 in mid-October. Active users hovered around the 800-900 mark throughout the quarter.
