Q4 2025: Top Travel & Local Apps in Romania on Unified Platform

In the fourth quarter of 2025, several travel and local apps in Romania showed notable performance trends on the unified platform. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varied patterns in downloads and active user engagement.

DirectBooking Rezervari online saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting from 4.6K at the beginning of October and peaking at 20.7K by mid-December. However, there was a sharp decline to 616 downloads by the end of December.

AmParcat maintained a consistent download rate, averaging around 10K weekly, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 12.6K. The app's active users fluctuated but ended the quarter on a high note with approximately 333K users.

Petrom experienced an initial surge in downloads, peaking at 15.5K in mid-October, before gradually declining to 6.6K by the end of December. Active users, however, showed a consistent upward trend, reaching 233K by the quarter's end.

GoVola demonstrated a steady increase in downloads throughout the quarter, starting at 3.9K and reaching 11.9K by the last week of December.

Finally, Booking.com: Hotels & Travel maintained a stable download rate with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, finishing with 8.5K downloads. The app also saw a positive trend in active users, ending the quarter with approximately 901K users.
