In the fourth quarter of 2025, Serbia's social networking app landscape saw varied performance across the top five platforms, as analyzed by Sensor Tower.

Threads, developed by Instagram, Inc., exhibited a gradual decline in weekly downloads. Starting at approximately 6.9K downloads in early October, the app peaked mid-month at about 8.9K, before falling to around 4.9K by the end of December. Despite this fluctuation, the app did not generate any reported revenue during this period.

Telegram Messenger maintained a steady revenue stream, beginning the quarter with weekly earnings of approximately $3.7K and ending at $4.6K. Downloads peaked at over 10K in mid-October but gradually decreased to about 4.9K by the end of the year.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out experienced modest revenue growth, starting at $1.2K and reaching $1.4K in late December. Downloads showed a mid-quarter spike, climbing from roughly 4K to 5.8K, before settling back to around 3.8K.

Facebook saw relatively stable revenue, with weekly figures hovering around $600, peaking at $849 in late October. Downloads fluctuated slightly, beginning at approximately 7.9K and concluding the quarter at about 6.5K.

WhatsApp Messenger did not report any revenue, but its download numbers remained robust. Starting with 8.5K downloads, the app experienced a slight dip mid-quarter, before ending December with around 8K downloads.
