In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top social networking apps in Croatia showed varied trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Threads saw an initial increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 5.7K in mid-October before tapering off to around 3.5K by the end of December. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users growing from 440K to over 600K by the end of the quarter.

Telegram Messenger experienced a decline in weekly downloads from 4.8K in mid-October to approximately 2.5K at the end of December. However, it managed to keep its weekly revenue relatively stable, fluctuating around $4.5K. Active users saw a modest increase, ending the quarter at over 400K.

Discord - Talk, Play, Hang Out displayed consistent weekly download numbers, hovering around 2K throughout the quarter. Revenue showed a gradual increase, reaching nearly $2.7K by late December. The app's active user base grew steadily, closing the year with almost 148K users.

Facebook maintained a steady download rate, with numbers ranging from 3.1K to 3.8K weekly. Revenue saw a slight dip mid-quarter but ended at $2.1K. Active users remained robust, consistently above 800K throughout the quarter.

Rakuten Viber Messenger experienced fluctuations in downloads, peaking at 2.5K in late December. Revenue remained stable, averaging around $3.2K. The app also boasted a strong active user base, reaching over 1M by the end of the quarter.
