During the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top social apps in South America showcased interesting trends across downloads, revenue, and active users.

TikTok Lite - Save Data & Fast saw its weekly revenue peaking at around $1.9M in mid-December, despite a dip to $1.4M by the end of the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 2.6M in early December, while active users consistently climbed, ending the quarter at approximately 236M.

Instagram experienced a gradual decline in weekly revenue, which stood at around $179K by the end of December. Downloads remained steady, with a slight increase to 1.5M in the last week, and active users rose to nearly 163M by the quarter’s end.

Facebook maintained stable revenue, hovering around $82K throughout the quarter. Downloads showed a slight uptick to 1.1M in late December, and active users increased slightly, reaching 144M by the end of the period.

Meta AI - Vibes & AI Glasses did not generate revenue but had decreasing downloads, ending at around 235K. However, active users saw a significant rise, peaking at over 2M in early December.

Threads also had no revenue but showed fluctuating download numbers, with a high of 510K at the end of December. Active users steadily increased, reaching approximately 71M by the quarter's close.
