In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top photo and video applications in Oceania showed varied performance trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

CapCut: Photo & Video Editor by Bytedance Pte. Ltd experienced a notable rise in weekly revenue, starting at around $275K and peaking at $350K by the end of December. Downloads also saw an upward trajectory, reaching over 105K in the last week. The app maintained strong user engagement with active users increasing to approximately 1.6M.

Canva: AI Photo & Video Editor showed a steady revenue performance, with fluctuations between $171K and $208K. Downloads peaked at nearly 44K in early December, while active users fluctuated, ending the quarter with around 808K.

Instagram saw modest weekly revenue, averaging around $42K. Downloads gradually increased, peaking at over 54K in mid-December. The app maintained a large user base with active users consistently above 8.7M.
