Performance of Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps in Mexico, Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications in Mexico showcased varied performance metrics on a unified platform. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps exhibited significant trends in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Google Maps Go from Google LLC saw a notable surge in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 140K in mid-December. Though weekly revenue remained modest, it experienced a sharp rise to $176 in late October. Active users hovered around 57M, with a slight decrease towards the quarter's end.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a steady increase in downloads, reaching up to 89K in late December. The app's active user base varied, peaking at over 5M in late October before tapering off.

Google Earth showed a declining trend in downloads, starting from 37K at the beginning of the quarter and decreasing to around 17K by the end. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, with slight fluctuations around the 400K mark.

Live Earth Map & GPS Tracker from DN Solutions experienced a remarkable increase in downloads, particularly in December, peaking at over 101K. Correspondingly, the app's revenue saw a gradual rise, reaching $183 by the end of the quarter. Active users increased significantly, reaching nearly 98K during the same period.

PASE observed a consistent rise in downloads, climbing to approximately 27K in the last week of December. However, active user numbers showed a downward trend, falling to around 339K by the quarter's close.
