Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps in Bulgaria: Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the navigation and maps app sector in Bulgaria showed varied performance across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained steady weekly downloads, peaking at around 12.5K in late October before experiencing a decline to approximately 7.1K by the end of December. Active users fluctuated, starting at 570K, peaking at over 609K in early October, and settling around 537K at the quarter's close.

GPS Camera Map & Timestamp saw an initial surge in downloads, reaching a high of 22.9K in early October, but dropped sharply to less than 100 by mid-December. Active users mirrored this trend, starting at 5.8K, peaking at over 12.4K, and decreasing to about 4K by the end.

Google Maps Go displayed consistent download numbers, ranging around 2.2K to 2.9K weekly. Active users showed a gradual increase, beginning at 2.44M and reaching a peak of 2.71M mid-December, before slightly tapering to 2.53M at the end of the quarter.

Google Earth experienced moderate download rates, starting at around 1.8K, with a minor decrease towards the end of the year. Active users started at 23.5K, fluctuating throughout the quarter, and ended at 14.2K.

Satellite View - Maps - Radar saw a peak in downloads in mid-October with nearly 4.9K and then a gradual decline to under 350 by the end of December. Active users increased initially, peaking at 6.1K in October, and then decreased to approximately 3.2K by the quarter's end.
