Top 5 Music and Podcast Apps on Unified Platform in Ukraine, Q4 2025

The fourth quarter of 2025 saw significant activity in the music and podcast app market in Ukraine. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s how the top five apps performed.

YouTube Music by Google maintained strong performance throughout the quarter. Weekly revenue fluctuated, peaking at approximately $111K in late September and closing the year at $78K. Downloads showed a steady increase, reaching nearly 14.8K in the final week of December. Active users remained robust, averaging around 3.7M weekly.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts also showed notable performance. Revenue saw a gradual rise, culminating in $31.7K in mid-December. Downloads spiked to nearly 40K at the start of December, while active users experienced growth, reaching nearly 1.9M by the end of the year.

SoundCloud: The Music You Love experienced stable revenue trends, with a slight increase to $2.6K by the end of December. Weekly downloads hovered around 11.3K, and active users decreased slightly, ending the quarter at approximately 880K.

Deezer: Music Player, Podcast showed a modest revenue increase, closing at $1.2K in December. Downloads remained steady, ending the quarter at around 830, while active users saw a decline to approximately 23K.

Lastly, DistroKid displayed a minor fluctuation in revenue, peaking at $424 in late December. Downloads and active users remained relatively low but stable, with slight increases towards the end of the quarter.
