In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top medical apps in Latin America showcased interesting trends across downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared.

Meu SUS Digital from Serviços e Informações do Brasil saw its weekly downloads peak dramatically in the week of November 24, reaching approximately 439K. The app maintained a robust active user base, starting the quarter with about 1.5M users and peaking at over 2M in mid-October before a slight decline towards the end of the year.

Doctoralia: agende seu médico experienced steady weekly downloads, with numbers starting at around 83K and slightly decreasing towards the end of December. Despite this, the app maintained a strong active user base, peaking at approximately 975K in early November.

Farmacias del Ahorro showed consistent weekly downloads, hovering around 60K, with a slight increase in mid-December to around 71K. The app’s active users grew steadily, reaching a high of nearly 1.8M by the end of December.

PAMI saw a decline in downloads from about 51K at the start of the quarter to just under 18K by the end. However, weekly active users peaked at approximately 1M in late November before decreasing towards the year’s end.

Finally, APP NUEVA EPS demonstrated a strong start in late November with downloads around 78K, though these numbers tapered off to about 23K by the end of December.
