In the fourth quarter of 2025, the medical app landscape in the United Arab Emirates saw significant activity, as tracked by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five medical apps on a unified platform.

Sahatna - صحتنا from the Department of Health Abu Dhabi showed a downward trend in weekly downloads, starting at 11.9K and dropping to 1.3K by the end of December. Despite this decline, weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at around 50.9K in October before settling at 46.2K.

myAster maintained a relatively stable download rate, averaging around 8K weekly. Active users saw a steady increase, reaching a high of 204K in early December, before slightly decreasing to 177K by the end of the quarter.

Daman Health experienced consistent download growth, with numbers rising from 4.6K to 6.2K in December. Active users showed a strong upward trend, climbing from 50.4K to an impressive 69.7K by the end of the year.

The myNAS App began the quarter with 5.6K downloads, dipping to a low of 3.1K in early December before surging to 11.9K. Active user engagement remained relatively stable, ranging from 44.3K to 46.4K.

Lastly, NMC - MyHealth saw a gradual decline in downloads from 8.5K to 5.3K. Unfortunately, active user data was unavailable for this period.
