Top Maps and Navigation Apps in Oceania Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top Maps and Navigation applications in Oceania displayed varied trends in downloads and active user engagement, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Uber - Request a ride saw a consistent increase in weekly downloads, peaking at about 43.8K in early December. Its weekly active users also grew steadily, reaching nearly 2.8M by mid-December before a slight dip towards the end of the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced an upward trajectory in downloads, with a significant rise to approximately 66.7K in the final week of December. Active user numbers mirrored this growth, climbing from 1.6M to over 2.1M during the quarter.

DiDi Rider: Affordable rides showed a steady download pattern, peaking at around 40.5K in early December. Its active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter at approximately 752.9K.

Translink downloads demonstrated a declining trend, with numbers dropping to about 14.3K by the end of December. However, active users increased gradually, reaching over 1K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, My 7-Eleven maintained steady download numbers throughout the quarter, with a peak of 18.1K in mid-December. Active users saw a decrease from over 1M to about 864K by the quarter's end.
