Top Maps and Navigation Apps in Bulgaria: Q4 2025 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top maps and navigation applications in Bulgaria showed varying trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at how these apps performed.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads starting at 11.4K and peaking at 12.5K before a gradual decline to 7.1K by the end of the quarter. Active users exhibited fluctuations, beginning at 570K, peaking at 609K, and closing out the quarter at 537K.

Find My Phone - Mobile Tracker saw a noteworthy spike in early October with downloads hitting 23.9K, followed by a consistent decline to just 96 downloads by the end of December. Active users mirrored this trend, reaching a high of 31.6K in October and decreasing to 14.5K by the quarter's close.

The Shell app's downloads started strong at 4.8K in early October but tapered off to 1.5K by the end of December. Active user numbers showed a different pattern, rising from 23.9K to a peak of 35.6K in November, and settling at 27.4K at the end of the quarter.

Moovit: Your Transit Tracker experienced a steady decline in downloads from 3.4K to 1.3K. Active users also decreased from 119K to 81K over the quarter, despite a brief uptick in early December.

Lastly, Satellite View - Maps - Radar downloads initially rose to 4.9K in late October but fell to 346 by December's end. Active users increased to 6.1K in October before gradually decreasing to 3.2K.
