Top Maps and Navigation Apps in Ghana Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, Ghana's maps and navigation app market showcased notable trends across various applications on a unified platform. Based on data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated various patterns in downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.

MapXplorer: Navigation, Radar from Goldlab Pro experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $277 and seeing a decline towards the end of the quarter, reaching around $155. Downloads saw a slight recovery in December, rising to 49 from a low of 17 earlier in the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, peaking at 5.1K before a gradual decrease to 4.7K.

GPS Maps Voice Navigation App by GeniusTools Labs maintained a modest revenue stream, peaking at $46 in late October. Download numbers were relatively stable, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 70. Active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter at around 2.3K.

GPS Coordinates Locator Map from Firehawk had consistent download numbers, with a peak of 102 in late December. Revenue saw minor fluctuations, peaking at $44. Active users remained steady, averaging around 700 throughout the quarter.

The Compass app - Accurate Compass by Battery Stats Saver experienced an increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, reaching $44. Downloads steadily increased, peaking at 97. Active users showed a slight increase, ending the quarter at 124.

Lastly, the GPS Phone Location Tracker from ReiDxSoft saw remarkable growth in downloads, peaking at 399 in mid-December. Revenue showed a significant increase, reaching $162 in early December. Active users also saw an upward trend, peaking at 4K.
