In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top insurance applications in Nigeria showed varied performance trends on the unified platform, as analyzed by Sensor Tower.

Reliance Care saw a notable decline in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 3K in early October and dropping to around 500 by the end of December. Despite this, weekly active users displayed resilience, peaking at 38.5K mid-quarter before settling at about 34K.

NEM Health Mobile experienced fluctuating download numbers, with a high of 2.5K in late October and a low of roughly 500 in late December. Active user data was not available.
