myBupa experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at about 10.8K in mid-November before declining to around 6.9K by the end of December. The app saw a steady increase in weekly active users, reaching a high of approximately 265K in early December, before decreasing to around 196K by the end of the quarter.
The AAMI App showed a decline in weekly downloads from 13.5K at the start of the quarter to 4.3K by its end. However, weekly active users grew from about 61.5K to 75.4K, indicating increased user engagement.
My Medibank saw a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at 6.7K in early December before dropping to 5.2K. Active users demonstrated consistent growth, rising from approximately 179K to 243K by the quarter's close.
For nib, downloads remained relatively stable, hovering around the 4K mark, with a slight dip towards the end of the quarter. Active users showed a slight increase, with numbers starting at 47K and ending at 45.5K.
Finally, Hostplus downloads declined steadily from 5.8K to 2.4K. Active users, however, showed resilience, maintaining a range between 86K and 122K throughout the quarter.
