In the fourth quarter of 2025, several health and fitness applications showed noteworthy performance trends in Belgium. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Helena saw fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with 9.3K and ending with a dip to 4.6K. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at 71K and closing the quarter at around 57K.

Basic-Fit experienced a peak in downloads at the beginning of November with over 10K, followed by a decline to 7.5K by the end of December. Active user numbers showed a downward trend, beginning at 501K and decreasing to 394K.

Vity recorded a rise in downloads midway through the quarter, reaching a high of 8.9K in mid-December before dropping to 3.3K at the quarter’s end.

Ma MC maintained a consistent download rate, averaging around 7K weekly, with a noticeable increase in active users peaking at 169K mid-December before settling at 127K.

Strava: Run, Bike, Walk saw steady weekly revenue, starting at approximately $67K and peaking at $79K in the last week of December. Downloads showed a gradual increase towards the end of the quarter, alongside stable active user counts, which hovered around 706K.
