In the fourth quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app sector in the Middle East displayed intriguing trends across a unified platform, combining both iOS and Android data. According to Sensor Tower, here are the performance insights for the top five apps:

• MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads, moving from 12.4K at the start of the quarter to 9.2K by the end. Revenue also fluctuated, peaking at around $44.6K in early October but ending the year at approximately $33.9K. Active users, however, experienced a noticeable decline from 135K to 120K.

• Flo Cycle & Period Tracker experienced stable growth in active users, reaching 416K by the end of December. Weekly downloads peaked at 13.6K in late December. Revenue showed a positive trend, starting at $31.3K and closing the quarter at $31.6K.

• Strava: Run, Bike, Walk continued to gain traction, with revenue increasing from $22.7K to $28.6K. Downloads displayed a steady pattern, peaking at 10.3K mid-quarter. Active user numbers rose from 82.6K to 95.2K by the end of the quarter.

• BetterMe: Health Coaching showed fluctuating trends with revenue starting at $16.2K, dipping mid-quarter, and finishing at $14.2K. Downloads were generally low but saw a spike to 5.7K at the year's end. Active users increased from 8.4K to 11.5K over the quarter.

• Mezan ميزان experienced varying download trends, peaking at 19.8K in November before declining to 6.6K. Revenue remained relatively stable, with a minor peak at $13K in mid-November. Active users increased from 61.8K to 83.9K by the end of December.
