Top 5 Business Apps Performance in Portugal Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the business app landscape in Portugal showed notable trends across the top five applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Microsoft Teams saw a decline in weekly downloads, dropping from 16K at the start of the quarter to just under 5K by the end. Despite this, the app maintained a high level of weekly active users, peaking at over 1M before falling to around 569K. Revenue was minimal, with a brief increase to $2 in early December.

Zoom Workplace maintained steady weekly revenue, averaging around $3K, with a peak of $3.4K in late December. Weekly downloads fluctuated, starting at approximately 5.9K and ending at 2.4K, while active users decreased from 224K to 172K over the quarter.

CTT - Correios de Portugal experienced significant growth in weekly downloads, climbing from 6.5K to 7.8K. Active users also rose, reaching a high of 130K in early December before settling at 104K.

Microsoft Authenticator showed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 9.7K and falling to 4.4K by the quarter's end. Active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 550K to 313K.

LinkedIn: Jobs & Business News experienced a steady decline in weekly downloads, from 4.5K to 3K. However, revenue remained robust, with weekly earnings averaging around $26K, peaking at $28.3K mid-quarter. Active users fluctuated, starting at 700K and closing at 633K.
