In the final quarter of 2025, the business app landscape in Ireland showcased dynamic trends across top applications, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

An Post experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 8.8K and peaking at 21.8K in early December. The app's weekly active users also saw a substantial rise, climbing from 72.1K to a peak of 155.6K mid-December, before ending the quarter at 97.8K.

Microsoft Teams maintained a steady download rate initially with approximately 10.2K downloads, but experienced a decline to 1.8K by the end of December. Despite this, active users remained robust, averaging around 600K throughout the quarter, with a slight dip to 336.5K in the final week.

Indeed Job Search showed a gradual decrease in downloads, starting from 5.9K and dropping to 3.2K by the quarter's end. Active users followed a similar downward trend, beginning at 151K and closing the quarter at 98.2K.

Microsoft Authenticator saw a decline in downloads from 11.6K to 4.2K throughout the quarter. Active users fluctuated, starting at 633.6K, peaking mid-quarter, and ending at 388.7K.

Zoom Workplace began with downloads of 4.4K, which diminished to 1.5K by late December. Active users decreased from 197.4K at the start to 110K by the end of the quarter. Additionally, the app's weekly revenue varied between $3.9K and $6.4K.
