Top 5 Business Apps in Latin America Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the business app sector in Latin America showcased significant activity across various metrics, as reported by Sensor Tower.

LinkedIn: Network & Job Finder saw its weekly revenue start at $624K, dipping to $538K by the end of the quarter. Downloads experienced a gradual decline from 156K to 125K, while active users decreased from 21.3M to 19.7M, reflecting a slight downward trend.

Adobe Acrobat Reader: Sign PDF maintained a steady weekly revenue, starting at $190K and ending at $161K. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 548K in early November before falling to 234K by the year's end. Active users also saw a decrease from 42.5M to 34.8M.

PDF Scanner App: TapScanner reported stable revenue, beginning at $96K and ending at $85K. Weekly downloads peaked at 137K mid-quarter before dropping to 73K. Active users started at 977K, declining to 561K by December.

Zoom Workplace recorded a gradual decline in revenue from $97K to $68K. Downloads showed a significant drop from 470K to 137K, with active users decreasing from 25.5M to 11.4M throughout the quarter.

WhatsApp Business ended the quarter with a weekly revenue of $147K, slightly down from $151K at the start. Downloads initially surged to over 1.1M but concluded at 853K, while active users saw a slight reduction from 112.7M to 107.6M.
