O Boticário experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 261.9K at the end of September and decreasing to 55.5K by the end of December. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, dropping from 7.3M to 3.6M over the same period.

Natura (Oficial) showed a peak in weekly downloads of 147.7K in early December, before falling to 49.6K by the end of the month. The app's active users saw a rise to 3.8M in late November but ended the quarter at 1.6M.
