In the fourth quarter of 2025, the sandbox gaming category on iOS in Norway showcased interesting trends across top titles. Data from Sensor Tower reveals varied performance in downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.

Roblox from Roblox Corporation saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, reaching a peak of around $3.8K in late October. Despite a mid-quarter dip, revenue stabilized towards the end. Downloads began at 3K, dipped, and then rose sharply to 3.9K in late December. Active users started at 111K, briefly declined, but surged to approximately 130K by the end of the quarter.

Minecraft: Dream it, Build it!, published by Mojang, experienced consistent revenue, with a notable spike to over $10K in the week leading up to Christmas. Downloads remained relatively stable throughout, hovering around 400. Active users saw a significant increase in December, reaching over 6K.

Block Craft 3D: Building Games from Wildlife Studios had modest revenue, peaking at $106 early in October. Downloads showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, climbing to 361. Active users increased steadily, ending the quarter at 1.4K.

NAVER Z Corporation's ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live saw a revenue peak of $635 in late December. Downloads decreased slightly, while active users experienced a slow rise to 1.6K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, Melon: Sandbox from Payge Ltd showed consistent revenue growth, reaching $445 in late December. Downloads increased towards the quarter's end, peaking at 205. Active users remained stable, ending the quarter at approximately 10.8K.
