In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of top navigation and maps applications on iOS in South America showcased interesting trends. Data from Sensor Tower provides detailed insights into the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users of these popular apps.

Google Maps demonstrated a varied performance. The app's weekly revenue peaked at around $105 in late November, while downloads reached their highest at approximately 250K in mid-December. Active users fluctuated, peaking at over 30M in early December.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a steady increase in downloads, culminating in about 142K in the last week of December. The app's active user base also grew, peaking at nearly 9.7M in mid-December.

Google Earth maintained a consistent number of active users, with a notable increase to approximately 464K in the final week. Downloads saw a high of around 36K in late November.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS experienced a significant rise in revenue, reaching about $23.7K in late December. Downloads also increased, peaking at approximately 12.5K in the same period, while active users grew to around 167K by the end of the quarter.

MapXplorer: Map Radar Navigate saw a gradual decline in downloads throughout the quarter, with a notable decrease to around 1.8K in early December. Active users remained relatively stable, ending the year at about 21K.
