In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of the top navigation and maps applications on iOS in France showcased diverse trends in downloads, active users, and revenue, as per Sensor Tower data.

Google Maps from Google experienced a varied trend in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $52 in mid-November. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of about 55K early in the quarter, while active users remained relatively stable with a slight dip, ending the quarter at around 10.9M.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw no revenue generation during this period. Downloads peaked at approximately 42K in mid-December, and active users increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 10.5M.

Polarsteps Travel maintained a steady download rate with a notable decline in early December but rebounded to around 20K by the end of the quarter. Active users showed resilience, peaking at over 342K in the final week.

Google Earth downloads remained consistent with a peak of about 18K in early November. Active users fluctuated, concluding the quarter with approximately 387K.

Lastly, Roole Map : Borne & Navigation showed varying download numbers, with a significant spike to over 27K in mid-December.
