In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top music and podcasts applications on iOS in Mexico showed varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at the leading apps based on data from Sensor Tower.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts maintained a relatively stable weekly revenue, hovering around $12K, with a notable increase to $15K by the end of December. Its weekly downloads started the quarter at about 48K, peaking at nearly 99K in early December, and closing at approximately 58K. Active users fluctuated slightly, starting at 7.6M and reaching over 8.1M in early December before settling back to 7.6M.

YouTube Music saw a strong revenue performance, beginning at $82K and peaking at nearly $99K in late November. Downloads showed a steady increase, starting at 20K and rising to 29K by the end of December. Active users also saw a rise from 1.2M to 1.3M during the quarter.

TREBEL Music - Download Songs experienced consistent revenue growth, peaking at $147 in early December. Downloads remained stable, ranging from 18K to 20K. However, active users showed a decline from 1.5M to 1.1M by the end of the quarter.

Shazam: Find Music & Concerts did not generate revenue but showed an increase in downloads, starting at 12K and ending at 15K. Active users remained stable around 1.4M throughout the quarter.

Amazon Music: Songs & Podcasts had a moderate revenue increase, reaching $36. Downloads began at 13K, peaked at 14K in late December, and active users showed a minor fluctuation, ending at 314K.
