Top Health and Fitness Apps on iOS in Europe, Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app market on iOS in Europe witnessed notable trends among the top applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

Strava: Run, Bike, Walk saw fluctuations in its weekly revenue, starting at approximately $1.42M at the beginning of October and ending the quarter with a similar peak of $1.38M in late December. Downloads began strong at 148K, dipped mid-quarter, and surged to 175K by the end of December. Active users remained robust, starting at about 9.4M, dipping slightly mid-quarter, and recovering to 9.55M by the quarter's end.

Flo Cycle & Period Tracker maintained consistent weekly revenue, peaking at $808K in early November and ending December around $734K. Downloads increased steadily, with a notable rise to 158K in the last week of December. Active users showed minor fluctuations, ending the quarter with approximately 10.8M.

The AI Calorie Tracker by Yazio experienced a significant revenue spike in the final week of December, reaching $1.07M. Downloads also surged to 132K in the same period. However, active users showed a downward trend over the quarter, starting at 2.29M and closing at 2.34M.

Zwift: Indoor Cycling Fitness displayed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $506K in the first week of December. Downloads saw a gradual rise, ending the quarter at 13K. Active users increased throughout the quarter, reaching 58.5K by the end of December.

Lastly, Runna: Running Plans & Coach observed a late-quarter revenue boost, ending at $581K. Downloads showed a similar pattern, surging to 57K in the final week of December. Active users rose from 365K at the start of October to over 409K by the quarter's end.
