In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top carpooling and ridesharing apps on iOS in Nigeria showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers insights into the market dynamics of these popular apps.

Bolt: Request a Ride demonstrated a noticeable increase in downloads, starting from approximately 14K in early October and peaking at around 24.8K in the week of December 22. The app's active users showed fluctuations, beginning the quarter with about 867K, peaking at over 1M in mid-December, before settling at around 869K by the end of the year.

inDrive. Save on city rides experienced a steady rise in weekly downloads, growing from 11K to nearly 16.7K by late December. Active users also increased significantly, starting at approximately 196K and reaching a peak of 352K mid-December, before declining slightly to 253K.

Uber - Request a ride saw a gradual increase in downloads, with numbers rising from 3.6K to 6.4K over the quarter. Active user counts also showed growth, starting at 128K and peaking at 161K in mid-December, concluding the quarter at 134K.

Lagride showed a moderate increase in downloads, beginning at 1.8K and climbing to 2.8K by mid-December, before ending the quarter at 2.4K.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver had stable download numbers, hovering around 260 to 325 weekly downloads. Active users remained consistent, ranging from 4K to 4.2K throughout the quarter.
