Top Business Finance Apps on iOS in the UK: Q4 2025 Performance

The fourth quarter of 2025 saw varied performances among the top business finance and solutions apps on the iOS platform in the United Kingdom. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we examine the trends in downloads and active users for these leading applications.

SumUp: Payments and POS experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 15.3K in early December. However, there was a decline towards the end of the quarter, with downloads falling to around 6K. Weekly active users showed fluctuations, starting the quarter at about 205.8K and reaching a high of 240.6K mid-December, before dropping to 148.8K by the end of the year.

Tide - Mobile Business Banking saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads from around 4.9K at the start of the quarter to just over 2K by the end of December. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively stable, maintaining around 200K throughout most of the quarter.

Square Point of Sale (POS) demonstrated a steady increase in downloads, particularly in early December with a peak of 5.7K. The app's weekly active users also rose, reaching a high of 80.5K mid-December before finishing the quarter at 55.1K.

Revolut Business maintained consistent download numbers around 3.7K for most of the quarter, with a slight dip to 2.4K by the end of December. Active users remained strong, averaging around 110K throughout the period.

Invoice Maker ▸ Estimate App showed steady revenue generation, with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $15.1K in early December. Downloads were highest at the beginning of December, reaching 4.6K, while active users peaked at 29.1K during the same period.
