MyGovID experienced a fluctuating trend in downloads, starting the quarter with around 3.9K downloads and peaking at 4.3K in early November. By the end of December, downloads decreased to approximately 2.9K. Active users saw a decline from nearly 19K at the start to about 10K by the end of the quarter.

Microsoft Teams maintained a strong presence with downloads initially around 4.1K, dropping to under 1K by the end of December. Active users fluctuated, peaking at over 314K in mid-October, and concluding the quarter at approximately 161K.
