In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top apocalypse-themed games on iOS in the United States showed varied performance metrics, highlighting trends in revenue, downloads, and active users. Here's a closer look at how each game performed during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Whiteout Survival by Century Games Pte. Ltd. saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at approximately $5.8M in the final week of December. Downloads increased significantly towards the end of the quarter, reaching 273K during the same period. The game also maintained high weekly active users, ending the quarter with around 1.05M users.

Dark War:Survival from Florere Game Limited experienced a steady revenue stream, with a high of $1.6M in late October. Despite a decline in downloads, which fell to 18K by the end of December, active users rebounded to approximately 40K in the last week of the quarter.

Bethesda's Fallout Shelter showed a significant increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, reaching $150K in the week of December 22. Downloads also spiked, with 36K in the same week. Active users grew steadily, ending the quarter with about 274K users.
