In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Android platform in South Africa witnessed interesting trends in the performance of top word puzzle games. These insights, provided by Sensor Tower, reveal varying patterns in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Scrabble® GO – Fun with Words! from Scopely saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 1.4K and peaking at 2.6K by the end of December. The weekly revenue fluctuated, reaching approximately $570 in the week of December 22. However, weekly active users experienced a decline, starting from about 15.8K and dropping to 7.3K by the quarter's end.
