In the fourth quarter of 2025, the word puzzle game category on Android in Central America showcased some intriguing trends. According to Sensor Tower, these games experienced various shifts in downloads, revenue, and active users.

Words of Wonders: Crossword from Fugo Games saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 28K in early October and peaking at 36.7K by the end of December. Despite a decline in weekly revenue from $472 to $149, the app maintained strong engagement with active users rising from 423K to 442K.

Wordscapes: Word puzzle game by PeopleFun had a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching over 3.3K by the end of the quarter. Although weekly revenue decreased slightly from $179 to $110, active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 11.5K to 18.2K.

Finally, Words With Friends Word Game by Zynga maintained a relatively stable download rate, with a slight increase to 126 by the end of the quarter. Revenue was mostly stable, ending at $102, while active users hovered around 300.
