Top Tycoon Games on Android in Venezuela: Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the Tycoon game genre saw notable activity on the Android platform in Venezuela. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five games in this category.

Township from Playrix demonstrated significant user engagement. Weekly downloads spiked dramatically towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 17K in the last week of December. This was accompanied by a steady increase in weekly active users, peaking at approximately 41K. Revenue, however, fluctuated throughout the quarter, peaking at around $650 in mid-October.

Rent Please!-Landlord Sim, developed by ShimmerGames, experienced varying download figures, with a high of around 4.3K in late December. Active users showed a gradual increase, closing the quarter with about 8K users. Revenue remained minimal throughout the period.

Farm Simulator: Farming Sim 22 did not generate revenue but had a notable increase in downloads in early November, reaching 4.4K. Active user numbers showed a similar trend, with a peak of around 2.3K in the same period.

Candy School saw a decline in downloads over the quarter, starting at 2.9K and dropping to just over 700 by the end of December. Active users also decreased, finishing the quarter with approximately 2.6K users.

Finally, Travel Center Tycoon experienced a surge in downloads in October, reaching about 3.9K. However, both downloads and active users declined significantly towards the end of the quarter.
