In the fourth quarter of 2025, the tycoon game category on Android in Mexico showcased notable performances from several top apps. According to data from Sensor Tower, these games displayed varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Township by Playrix experienced a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $30.9K by late November. Weekly downloads saw a significant rise towards the end of December, reaching approximately 57.3K, while active users fluctuated, hitting a high of about 177.3K in mid-November before settling at 128.6K by the end of the quarter.

Happy Citizens - Mayor Sim from LifeSim showed a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $620 in late November. Downloads spiked early in the quarter, reaching 41.8K in early November, with active users peaking at 56.1K around the same time but declining to 12.8K by the end of December.
