In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top travel and local apps on Android in Central America demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Airbnb saw a noticeable increase in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 65.8K and peaking at around 87.9K by the end of December. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, beginning at 1.6M and reaching over 2.5M in the final weeks.

Volaris maintained a steady download rate initially, peaking at about 72.6K in early November, before declining to 39.7K by the end of the quarter. The app's active users increased significantly, ending the quarter at around 629K.

Instabridge: WiFi Hotspot Map experienced varying download numbers, with a high of 86.3K at the beginning of October, dropping to 30.1K by December's end. Active users peaked at 400.8K in late October, before declining to 154K.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel showed growth in downloads, reaching a high of 77.2K in late December. Active users also saw an upward trend, starting at 533.8K and closing the quarter at 749.2K.

Aeroméxico downloads fluctuated, with a notable spike to 43.4K in mid-November. Active users steadily increased over the quarter, from 88.1K to 197.3K by the year's end.
