Top Tools Apps Performance on Android in Norway Q4 2025

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top tools apps on the Android platform in Norway showed varied performance trends in downloads and active user metrics, according to data from Sensor Tower.

PostNord Norge witnessed a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 8.8K in early December before a decline towards the end of the year. The app maintained a strong presence in terms of active users, starting the quarter with around 187K and reaching a high of 402K in mid-December.

Posten experienced moderate growth in downloads, with numbers increasing to about 6.9K in the second week of December. Active users for Posten showed a consistent upward trend, peaking at nearly 497K in mid-December.

Now VPN - Fast Secure Proxy saw its weekly downloads rise to 8.6K in early December, though this was followed by a decline. The number of active users increased throughout the quarter, peaking at approximately 17.3K in early December. Revenue for Now VPN fluctuated slightly, with a peak of $18 in the second week of December.

BankID maintained relatively stable download numbers throughout the quarter, with a slight dip towards the end. Active users remained strong, peaking at about 848K in mid-December.

Lastly, Samsung Smart Switch Mobile showed a gradual increase in downloads, reaching a peak of 3.1K in late November. Active users grew steadily, hitting a high of 20.6K in mid-December.
