In the fourth quarter of 2025, the personal finance sector on the Android platform in Portugal showcased varying trends across the top applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated unique patterns in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.

Splitwise experienced a notable increase in weekly revenue, climbing to approximately $467 in early December and reaching $396 by the end of the quarter. Downloads peaked at 1.5K in the final week, while weekly active users fluctuated, closing the quarter at around 34.2K.

Money manager & expenses saw a steady revenue trend, peaking at $80 in the last week of December. Downloads reached 804 in the same period, and active users increased from 10.4K to 14K throughout the quarter.

For Wallet: Budget Expense Tracker, weekly revenue surged to $571 by the end of December. Downloads showed a similar upward trend, hitting 636, and active users grew significantly from 3.3K to 4.1K.

Money Tracker-Expense & Budget had a modest revenue of $95 by the end of December. Downloads increased to 704, while active users rose from 5.9K to 7.3K over the quarter.

Lastly, Expense Planner: Money Tracker had no revenue data but saw a sharp rise in downloads, peaking at 1K in early December. Active users also increased, ending the quarter at 823.
