In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top personal finance budgeting and planning apps on the Android platform in Europe displayed varied performance trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps saw fluctuations in downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.

Splitwise experienced a notable rise in weekly revenue towards the end of the quarter, peaking at approximately $15.2K in the last week of December. The app's weekly downloads followed a similar upward trajectory, climbing to 34.5K by the end of the year. Meanwhile, active users saw an increase, with numbers reaching approximately 1.39M.

Money Tracker-Expense & Budget showed consistent weekly revenue, finishing December with around $6.2K. Weekly downloads surged to 28.7K at the close of the quarter, while active users remained relatively stable, ending the period with nearly 197.5K.

Money manager & expenses witnessed a steady increase in weekly revenue, culminating at about $5.9K. The app's downloads rose sharply to 20.9K in the final week, with active users slightly fluctuating, ending with approximately 582.8K.

Finanzguru - Konten & Verträge recorded significant revenue gains, reaching $95.7K by the end of December. Downloads increased notably to 27.9K, and active users saw substantial growth, finishing the quarter with about 763.6K.

Lastly, Personal Budget & Loan Tracker had a remarkable increase in downloads, peaking at 41.7K in early December. Active users also grew rapidly, reaching 36.2K by the end of the quarter.
