In the fourth quarter of 2025, the top navigation and maps applications on the Android platform in Latin America showcased varied performance metrics. Here's a closer look at the trends observed for these leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a steady climb in weekly downloads, culminating at approximately 487K in the week of December 22. The app maintained a robust presence with weekly active users reaching about 36M mid-quarter, although there was a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.

Live Earth Map & GPS Tracker demonstrated a significant surge in weekly downloads, peaking at around 371K in mid-December. Revenue also saw a noticeable increase, rising to approximately $871 by the end of December. Weekly active users grew substantially, reaching nearly 375K by December 22.
