In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of leading music and podcast apps on Android in Spain showcased varied trends across downloads, revenue, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts saw a notable fluctuation in weekly revenue, starting at roughly $108K and peaking at around $150K in early December. Downloads showed an increase in the first week of December, reaching 64K, while weekly active users grew steadily, peaking at approximately 6.8M.

Podimo - Podcasts & Audiobooks experienced a relatively stable revenue stream, with values hovering around $12K to $15K. Downloads, however, declined over the quarter, from about 1.9K to just under 1K, and active users decreased from 116K to 89K.

TIDAL Music: HiFi sound maintained a consistent revenue stream, generally around $5.9K to $7.1K. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 4.3K at the start of the quarter. Active users increased steadily, ending the quarter at 57K.

SoundCloud: The Music You Love saw a slight decline in revenue from $7.4K to approximately $6.4K. Downloads remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, while active users showed a minor decline, closing at around 168K.

Podcast & Radio iVoox experienced a varied revenue pattern, with peaks reaching $6.8K. Downloads began strong at 10K but decreased towards the end of the quarter. Active users showed a slight decline, ending at 886K.
