In the fourth quarter of 2025, the MMORPG category on Android in the Netherlands showcased diverse performance trends among the top five applications. This analysis, based on Sensor Tower data, highlights key metrics including revenue, downloads, and active users.

Old School RuneScape from Jagex Games Studio experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $8.2K in late December. Downloads increased mid-quarter, reaching 353 in mid-November, while active users saw a recovery from 1.8K in early November to over 2.2K by the end of December.

Huntopia, published by Leniu Technology Co., Limited, saw a decline in weekly revenue from $9.3K in early October to around $2K by the end of December. Downloads dropped significantly from 2K at the start to just over 100 by the end of the quarter. Active users decreased from 1.5K to approximately 668.

RuneScape - Fantasy MMORPG showed an upward trend in revenue, with a notable rise to $5.2K in late December. Downloads remained stable, averaging around 60 per week, while active users maintained a consistent range around 140.

MU: Dark Epoch experienced a decline in revenue, starting at $2.9K and tapering to around $1.3K by the year’s end. Downloads decreased from over 480 to 182, while active users hovered around 2K throughout the quarter.

Flame of Valhalla Global also saw declining revenue, starting at $1.2K and ending at $1.3K. Downloads were minimal, with numbers dropping from 69 to 28, and active users reduced from 934 to 740.
