The fourth quarter of 2025 saw intriguing trends in the performance of top medical apps on the Android platform in Portugal. Here's a closer look at the weekly downloads and active users for the leading apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Saúde Unilabs concluded the quarter with a decline in downloads, from 1.2K in early October to just over 300 by the end of December. Despite this drop, the app maintained a consistent presence.

For Dr. Blood Pressure: Diabetes, downloads peaked significantly mid-October at 2.2K, before settling into a lower range towards the end of the quarter. Active users mirrored this pattern, peaking at 2.8K mid-quarter and stabilizing around 1.6K by December's close.

FreeStyle LibreLink – PT experienced a gradual increase in downloads, reaching a high of 388 in early December. Active users consistently rose, peaking at approximately 4.7K, before a slight decrease towards the quarter's end.
