In the fourth quarter of 2025, the performance of medical apps on the Android platform in Europe showcased varying trends in downloads and active users. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, highlights the key metrics for the top five apps in this category.

Doctolib - Your health partner experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 130K and peaking at 159K in early November. However, downloads declined towards the end of December, reaching around 89K. Active users showed a similar pattern, with a high of approximately 9.7M in early October, before dropping to around 7.7M by the end of the quarter.

MHRS maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at about 133K in early November. The app saw a slight decline in downloads to about 95K by the end of December. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 4.5M to 5.2M throughout the quarter.
