During the fourth quarter of 2025, the top medical apps on the Android platform in Spain displayed distinct trends in downloads and active user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Quirónsalud maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at around 12.8K downloads in mid-October. However, by the end of December, downloads tapered to approximately 5K. Active users experienced a gradual decline from 408K at the start of the quarter to about 250K by the end.

Doctoralia: pide citas médicas started the quarter with downloads around 11.5K, which decreased to roughly 3K by late December. Meanwhile, the app's active user base fluctuated, increasing from 82K to a peak of 100K in early November before dropping to 70K toward year-end.

The Tarjeta Sanitaria app saw its downloads stabilize between 3K and 4K throughout the quarter, with a minor dip in late December. Active user numbers remained steady, with a notable peak at 423K in early December.

Vithas, despite being a newer entry, achieved a steady download pattern, with numbers ranging from 2K to 3.8K. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 40K throughout the quarter.

Finally, REMPe Pacientes experienced a consistent download rate of around 2K to 3K. Active users saw a slight increase from 17K at the beginning of the quarter to 18K by mid-December.
