Top Insurance Apps on Android in Ghana: Q4 2025 Insights

The fourth quarter of 2025 saw varying performance among the top insurance applications on the Android platform in Ghana. MyStar, published by Star Assurance Group, experienced a fluctuation in downloads, peaking at 475 in early November before dropping to 162 by the end of December.

My Wafa - Assur from Wafa Assurance had a fairly stable download rate, with a notable decline in the last week of the year from 79 to 43. Active users for this app started at 188 and saw a slight decrease to 163 over the quarter.

My Super Star also published by Star Assurance Group, showed a similar download pattern, starting at 64 and reaching 113 in mid-November, but ended the year at 37.

Cosmo Health by Rx Health Info Systems had a significant spike in downloads during mid-October at 252, but numbers quickly fell to 24 by the end of December.

Finally, PruPreneur from Prudential Life Insurance Ghana saw its highest downloads in early October at 120, but the numbers steadily decreased to 11 by the end of the quarter.
