In the fourth quarter of 2025, the hypercasual gaming scene on the Android platform in Portugal showcased intriguing trends. Here’s a look at the top five games based on data from Sensor Tower.

Block Blast!, published by HungryStudio, saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, beginning at around 9.3K at the start of the quarter and peaking at 25.2K by late December. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, starting from 199.6K and reaching 284.2K.

Word Search Explorer by PlaySimple Games experienced a fluctuating download pattern, with a high of 16.9K in mid-November. Active users increased from 52K to 74.3K by late November before slightly declining to 52.6K at the quarter's end. Revenue remained modest, peaking at $14 in the last week of December.

Vita Mahjong, from Vita Studio, had a steady increase in downloads, reaching a quarter-high of 11.3K in early November. Active users, however, saw a decline from 138.3K to 90.5K over the quarter. Revenue was minimal, with a notable increase to $30 in late December.
