Top Hospital Games on Android in Portugal: Q4 2025 Insights

The fourth quarter of 2025 showcased interesting trends for hospital-themed games on the Android platform in Portugal. Using Sensor Tower data, we examine the performance of the top five games in this category.

EMERGENCY HQ: firefighter game saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $627 at the end of December. Downloads fluctuated, with a low of 119 in late November and a resurgence to 347 by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users decreased initially but recovered to nearly 2K by the end of December.

Fun Hospital – Tycoon is Back experienced a peak revenue of $457 in late October, followed by a decline, stabilizing around $47 by the end of the year. Its downloads were inconsistent, with a high of 146 in early November and a drop to 18 by the end of December. Active users hovered around 110 to 190 throughout the quarter.

Mission Chief - Fire Fighter had an up-and-down revenue trend, reaching $221 in early December before ending the year at $48. Downloads were concentrated early in the quarter, with none in the final weeks. Active users gradually declined from 432 to 261 over the period.

Happy Hospital®: ASMR Blast maintained a steady revenue with minor fluctuations, ending the quarter at $13. Downloads increased towards the end of the year, peaking at 132. Active users showed a robust presence, consistently above 10K, peaking at 12.5K in mid-December.

Finally, Hospital Frenzy: Doctor Games had a stable revenue pattern, peaking at $48. Downloads were consistent, reaching a high of 149 in late December. Active users remained stable, around 8K throughout the quarter.
