In the fourth quarter of 2025, the health and fitness app landscape in Ireland showcased diverse trends across leading Android applications. According to Sensor Tower data, here’s a breakdown of the top five apps.

Holland & Barrett - Wellbeing experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 3.6K towards the end of November. Despite a dip in December, weekly active users remained relatively stable, starting at around 7K and ending the quarter at 7.2K.

The HSE Health App maintained a consistent download pattern, with an average of 2.5K downloads per week. However, specific data on active users was unavailable.

Yuka - Food & Cosmetic Scanner showed a steady decline in both weekly downloads and active users throughout the quarter. Revenue peaked at $369 in mid-November, after which it tapered off to $334 by the end of December.

The Irish Life Dublin Marathon app saw a significant spike in downloads, reaching over 13K in the week leading up to the marathon event in late October. Active users mirrored this trend, peaking at 32K during the same period.

Lastly, Garmin Connect™ experienced a dramatic surge in downloads and active users at the end of December, with downloads jumping to over 7.4K and active users rising to 75.7K.
